Spyware is a very strong threat to anyone who uses the internet. It is malicious. It takes away your privacy. Yes it watches where you go on the web and other personal information too. That is the why the word spy is used. Spyware is spying. It is not easy to recognize or to get rid of once it is found. Some computers are never the same after they get spyware. I heard of lots of stories where people lost all kinds of important things on the computers.
Prevention does help by having an Anti- Spyware program on your computer. However there are new threats constantly so keep your software up to date.
Some software programs for Anti Spyware can be confusing to use. I noted in a previous blog how some do not work with your computer or other software so I will not go over that again right now. I would like to make sure people do not think they are alone with dealing with Spyware.
I have banged my head up against a wall thinking what did I or didn’t I do this time when I see spyware pop up with a search my spyware performs. It is just going to happen. Knowing your Anti- Spyware program is updated and working helps. I do get excited when I see spyware caught and destroyed. Pushing the key to say yes delete feels powerful. But I will not forget how hitting my keys did nothing to help as weeks went by trying to fix the computer after spyware invaded. Of course prior to me knowing to protect and update.
Do you have a horror story you want to share? A warning you can give to others? Or a story that reminds us despite the people who create these malicious programs there are many people who are kind and willing to help too.
The word “Kind” is not used enough anymore. I think I will start using it more.

Anti Virus, Anti Spyware and Shareware remover all required for a PC and Mac
When I first starting using the computer I did not mind Shareware. If it was offered to me and I had a choice to use it I figured that was good. Share ware was free. Some shareware claimed to help with spam and or virus problems. BUT over the years (and a lot of problems) I have found not all shareware is offered it is just placed on your computer often attached to a program you do want. I don't like being tricked. Do you? I don't like that deleting them is not easy. How about you? Just like spam and virus' they can cause problems with your computer and use up your precious time trying to fix it. Do you want to waste time fixing shareware problems? Then it removes parts of files you want, or never deletes all files. Oh so many issues for a word that sounds good SHARE. Do you want to learn the hard way about shareware, virus or spam too? Waste your time? I didn't think so. SO what are you waiting for? Click on the links in this blog and get some protection from Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam and Shareware remover software. I'll share my resources and make sure the word share is used correctly again.

Don't risk it. Protect yourself and you family.

Pop up blocker helps
Recently I have come to appreciate my pop up blocker. I have a choice to just block or to let me know and I decide also if I hear a sound or not. I decide to hear and see the pop blocks. Wow there was so much. So many pop ups and so much time wasted by me telling the computer what to do with them. I decided to tell the computer where it put them once and for all. I love when the computer does my dirty work. Now if I can get my TV to get rid of commercials I would be using it more. Shh my computer did not hear/read that.
